Good Morning families,
As we approach the end of the school year, it is important for us to tidy up our student accounts. Next week (Week 5), all families will receive a debtor statement in their emails for each student attending Sherwood State School.
Your statement/s will show one of three options:
1. A $0 balance, meaning no further action is required.
2. A balance owing (e.g. $20.00), meaning there are outstanding invoices on your student/s account, which need to be paid before 12 November by BPoint (details will appear at the end of your statement), or EFTPOS at the office (Mon - Fri 8.30am - 3.30pm). Please note, most Qkr! options will no longer be available as the due date has now passed.
3. A negative balance (e.g. -$12.00), which means you do not owe the school any money. This is a credit on your account and can be used towards future school payments for 2022. If you have a child leaving Sherwood State School at the end of the year, you can request a refund of this amount by emailing admin@sherwoodss.eq.edu.au
If you have any questions, please contact our office and we will be happy to assist.
Kind Regards,
The Sherwood Administration team
