Hello Year 6 families,
As part of our preparations for the end of your child's primary school journey, we collect details of their high school selections for 2022. This information will be used for the final assembly, and also to update our OneSchool records.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could please complete this survey on Qkr! to advise of your student's future school. You'll find the survey under 'School surveys' >> 'Year 6 high school selections for 2022'. To make things easy for you, we've listed the most common schools from previous graduating years, however there is an 'other' option listed for those schooling outside the area, or who have not yet made a final decision. The survey will close on Friday 26 November, and needs to be completed prior to this in order for your child to have a banner to walk behind as they are farewelled from Sherwood at the Thursday 9 December assembly.
If, after completing this survey, your child's school does change, please email us at admin@sherwoodss.eq.edu.au so we can update our records.
