Good afternoon families,
Thank you for all your donations for the Chocolate Drop this morning. The stall is sure to be a hit again with students next weekend.
The P&C would also greatly appreciate your support to help us make the Rides Family Fun Day a success!
Volunteers are required to assist with the following stalls:
ON THE DAY (Saturday 18 June)
• Coffee and Cake Stall (9am to 2pm)
• Sausage sizzle (11am to 3pm)
• Bar (11am to 4pm)
• Fairy Floss / Snow Cones (11am to 4pm)
• Drinks and Chips (9am to 4pm)
• Chocolate Drop (9am until sold out)
If you have availability to assist for any block of time (even an hour), please email your preferred time and stall to Jo at admin@sherwoodschoolfete.com.au and we will accommodate you in our rostering. We cannot run these stalls without parent support, and want to be able to offer families a variety of food and snack choices throughout the day.
PRIOR TO THE DAY
If you are unable to assist in person on the day, we are also looking for keen bakers to whip up some cakes/biscuits/slice for the Coffee Stall, including gluten free options. To register your interest, please get in touch directly with Mary-Anne Richardson at ma.jl.richardson@gmail.com
