Our school has engaged the UQ Health & Rehabilitation Clinics to provide a Hearing Screening Program for our Prep students during class time on 13 and 20 July.
You will find all the necessary information attached below. Please return the completed consent form and questionnaire to your class teacher by Friday 24 June 2022.
